Erwan le Roux, a passionate collector and connoisseur of Blotters, met Ed by chance; it turned out they lived near each other. When Erwan saw the Blotters he had carefully preserved, he literally jumped for joy! What a discovery! The beautiful vintage Blotters had been stored in the attic for years and are now, at Erwan's initiative, finally getting the attention they deserve. Several vintage Blotters are now available for collectors.
Ed Visser is the printer who produced some of the most striking and famous European Blotters. Together with his friend Acid Eric, he created the Gorbachev Blotter, which became one of the most iconic sheets of the 1980s. In 1993, he produced his most popular design: Bike Rider, a tribute to Albert Hofmann. "I designed and thought like a screen printer, but I printed it with offset," he says.
